Nice bit of kit
I am 5'11", 13st and a size medium fit perfectly over a tee shirt. Any bigger and it would billow in the wind, any smaller and it would pinch my bingo wings. It keeps the wind off well allowing me to get away with the aforementioned tee shirt even on quite chilly mornings (6ºC). Caught in a torrential downpour my first morning wearing it it kept the rain out brilliantly. Not sure how effective the underarm mesh/vents are at allowing perspiration to evaporate away - by the end of a 4 mile ride to work in the morning there are a few damp patches on my tee shirt. For the money I would have to say it's quite excellent. So far anyway - it's only been a week.
