The Duraglove ET is the "Electronic Touch" model of our glove made for cyclists and runners. Riding or running with a touch screened smart phone is all good until you try to use one while wearing long-fingered gloves. That"s when smart phones become dumb. That"s why on the tips of the middle finger, index finger and thumb of the Duraglove ET we have added yarn that allows you to operate your device as well as you could without wearing gloves at all. Now you can tap away without removing your gloves. Problem solved.

The Duraglove ET is an ideal glove for riding a bike or running. It"s Cordura® yarn plated to the outside of the glove creates an abrasion resistant exterior that blocks enough air to keep you warm, while still allowing hands to breathe during aerobic activity. Another great feature of Duragloves is they are thin enough to allow for plenty of dexterity while reaching into pockets, unwrapping and eating food, and operating electronic gadgets. Keep your smart phone smart. Wear the Duraglove ET.

Good value, run a little large

I'd initially wanted the neon yellow version but now I'm happy with the orange as it nicely contrasts with my yellow jacket. The fit is quite decent - if anything a little large, particularly in the palm (I think I'll wear a fingerless mitt underneath), so go down a size if in doubt - particularly as it's a knit rather than more clingy neoprene. The grip thanks to the silicone is quite decent, but is negated by it being a little large. As for the touchscreen capability, it works most, but not all of the time - so adjust your expectations, and you'll probably be grateful you don't have to pull your glove off as often. I've just been out for a 6 degree Celsius ride (Sydney winter, no wind) and my hands didn't feel cold, despite the gloves being a knit rather than, say, neoprene. That said, in windier conditions your tips may get a little cold given they're not windproof. Overall, this was very decent value.

My winter "GO TO" gloves

I only purchased these as I somehow misplaced a black pair of these gloves I have had for a few years now. They are my favourite winter gloves if riding in cold and wet conditions. If these get wet your hands still stay warm. These bright orange babies are easy to find amongst any black clothing gear and are very visible on the road as well. The grippy things on the inside face of the gloves work well These gloves can also work very well as inside glove liners others have told me. Our autumn has been extremely mild to date and have not had to use them for warmth yet, but I expect they will perform as my other black pair did which is extremely well except for frosty conditions into the minus temperatures where I actually use ski gloves in these times. Very durable gloves and still my winter "go to" gloves. All I want now is the matching socks in this brand they look very cool as well.
