Probikekit Introduces New Returns Procedure Dec 4 Please see below for instructions on returning items to us. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried for fit) and in their original condition. If you return goods as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Defective Items You can always return items if they are defective. We will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us. Delivery Charges If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to refund the postage costs incurred in sending the error/defective item to us subject to certain conditions outlined below. UK Postage Refunds Postage refunds will be authorized for returned items sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post only. International Postage Refunds Postage refunds can only be authorized if you have sent the item using a "standard international service" from your national postal organization for return (this would be USPS in the United States and Australia Post in Australia). We will not refund postage costs if you use a premium/expedited service We will not accept returns made by private carrier company e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL e.t.c. If the item returned is found not to be defective or sent in error by us; you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/colour a further postage and package charge will be made. Item Return - New Procedure To return an item you must obtain a Probikekit Returns Authorization Number (RMA) by visiting this page and filing a returns request before sending the items back to us. When your returns authorization has been granted you will receive full instructions by email along with a unique returns number (RMA). From the 31st January 2008 we will not accept any returned items without a valid Probikekit RMA number. Cancelling An Item Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel a purchase contract, please follow the new returns procedure above and choose "Cancel Sales Contract" as the reason for return. Received orders may only be cancelled if the goods are returned unopened and in their original condition. |
