The perfect size - big enough for two tubes, two CO2 cartridges and an inflator, but not so big that it rubs your thighs. Double stitched velcro straps secure the bag whilst the leather Arundel patch protects the nylon from wearing on the saddle. Simple and well-made it's a fit and forget design classic.

could be a little more durable
This is my favorite saddle bag because does not mark the seat post. This is great if you have an expensive frame with an integrated seat post. it can hold two tubes, tire levers, CO2, and a multi-tool. I would give it 5 stars but I am on my third of these bags because the straps wear out fairly quickly. I have been wrapping them where they rub on the seat rails with a little electrical tape hoping to get a little more mileage.

Nice saddle pack
It's a good sized saddle pack that isn't very bulky and doesn't interfere - you just forget that its there. It can hold a spare tube, a couple levers and a few gels. It's attachment system is very secure and I don't imagine there will be any problems in that regard down the road. I liked that it was easy to attach regardless of saddle fore/aft positioning, unlike some others I have tried. I highly recommend it.
Best Seatbag Available
The Arundel Dual performs as advertised, if not better. I carry two tubes, two CO2s, two tire levers, an inflator and a small multi-tool in mine. It attaches to the saddle via a tough velcro strap through the rails, and the leather patch ends up against the seatpost clamp. Once there, it doesn't budge; no sway whatsoever, and even the fattest thighs come nowhere near it. It's easily switched from one bike to another. I originally bought the Dual because it has no strap to go around the seatpost, since the bag I was using at the time was marring the finish on the carbon seatpost on my Look. Now it spends most of its time on my training/racing bike, a Specialized Allez with an aluminum seatpost whose finish I don't care about, just because it's the best tool for the job. And yes, I have raced with it - where I live there's a 106 mile road race with limited support and 20 miles of bad gravel and more of bad pavement, and racers are expected to fix their own flats, so seatbags are allowed. It never budged. The material used for the bag is relatively thick and stiff, so there's a bit of a break-in period when you first get it. The color will fade a bit over a couple of years due to sun and rain, but it fades gracefully; it looks weathered rather than worn out. All in all, it's just an excellent piece of equipment.
