The Longcliffe 4.0 offers a carbon fibre fork built onto a lightweight aluminium 7005 frameset.
The Longcliffe series offers race performance and the perfect basis for training, fitness and commuting with comfort at the forefront of our minds. With slightly shorter top tubes and longer head tubes the Longcliffe range is ideal for any endurance ride.
Aluminium is considered the most versatile of materials for a cyclist however this is only applicable if the appropriate geometry and material is applied, not to mention the best available equipment ensemble.
We take care not to neglect the most important fundamentals of a bike. The frame and wheelset should always be the priority for any rider purchasing a complete bicycle package. This is why on our entire Forme Road range we use AL7005 grade of tubing to our own custom geometry all handcrafted by Kinesis. This is partnered by the best available wheelsets for the price.

GREAT BIKE
Bike rides really well, would change out the seat though other than that everything is top quality and would buy again!
Excellent
I bought this bike for something to get to work on and as a winter hack, I have now completed just over 600KM and this bike has been excellent. I have several other bikes and a couple of which cost 5 times this and I would put this frame up againts any of them. I will buy a 105 groupset for this once the really bad weather has gone and then use this for club sunday rides as well. There is nothing wrong with the kit that comes with it so dont think you are buying a lemon in any way. If you want a simple easy to ride reliable and very robust bike you cant go wrong with this, I have done the majority of miles on london roads and this bike has just soaked them up. Also Probike service and delivery are top of the shop, they do what they say they will and that is what we all want from a cycle company.
