Simple tool that works
Struggled for ages with an alternative plastic cap release tool, but it had seized due to a hard winter. Tried lubricant, gloves and lots of effort, but not luck. Purchased the BBT-10 online, arrived very quickly, decent price and worked straight away, allowing me to replace a bottom bracket. Now use this every time to tighten and loosen the plastic cap.
Great addition to the toolbox
Much better than the plastic one I've used for years. Worth it if you change chain sets / bottom brackets a lot.
