United Kingdom

UK mainland orders can be sent Priority (for a small charge) or post free. You have the option of selecting which on the checkout page. Heavy or bulky items will incur extra postage charges (Please see individual products for charges). Bikekit also offers a 24 hour delivery for £8.00 and a 48 hour service for £6.00 (this service does not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays delivery). We do reserve the right to quote a higher delivery charge for any international requests, EU orders, or orders containing unusually bulky or heavy items.

International Orders

All prices shown on this Web site now exclude UK V.A.T.

If ordering from within the EU, V.A.T will be added to your order before checkout.
N.B Recipients may also be liable to pay local import duties depending on the country that they are in. If you are unsure then please check with your customs bureau.

International delivery charges for orders sent to countries outside the European Union will vary. Our checkout page will calculate postage at time of purchase but in exceptional cases we reserve the right to retrospectively charge a higher delivery rate for some international destinations, special requests or orders containing unusually bulky or heavy items.

EU Orders

Orders to countries within the EU, Switzerland, Austria and Scandinavia, will be charged £8 for delivery (V.A.T is not deductable for EU countries).

N.B Recipients may also be liable to pay local import duties depending on the country that they are in. If you are unsure then please check with your customs bureau. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

BFPO

Unfortunately we cannot ship orders to BFPO Addresses. Please accept our apologies.

Delivery Schedule

We will always do our best to process all in-stock orders within 24 hours. During busy periods this time frame can increase and we will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible via first class Royal Mail anywhere within the United Kingdom. We will deliver to your home, place of work or any other address you stipulate. For orders outside the U.K. please allow 28 days for delivery.

Back Orders/Out of Stock Items

We do not place items on back order. If an item is out of stock it cannot be added to your shopping cart. We do have a facility whereby you can be emailed if a particular item comes back in to stock. This is called "Email me when in stock" and is available on the product page.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders placed outside of the EU are VAT free. (Please note that Helmets and Childrens clothing prices are already displayed at the VAT free price)
