Why can't I see my country? We don't ship to all countries due to problems either with finding a suitable carrier or with fraud issues. If your country is not on the list then we probably won't ship there. However our policy regarding countries does change so we suggest you add yourself to our mailing list (with your country selected) and you will be emailed if & when we decide to ship to your country. Why can't I see my currency? We don't include all world currencies due to the fluctuating nature of some of the less stable ones. For a list of the currencies we do support, look at our currency page. F.A.Q List
Why can't I select my language? Currently we only have a full text of the site in English. There are partial translations in German & French. We are striving to get more translations done but as you will appreciate it is not an easy task. F.A.Q List

Why do I get the message 'Gift Certficate Already In Use'? Our gift certificates are engineered to be used on only one order at a time. If you enter your gift code and do not complete your order, then try to enter it again in a new basket session, that particular code will have been marked as 'in use' and will remain 'locked' until the system maintenance procedure is performed which is approximately every 4 hours. At this time, any unused gift certificates are released and available for use again. F.A.Q List |
