Power measurement is a fantastic way to develop your riding. Whether used in training or competition, the ability to accurately record and measure your power output can help you take your riding tot he next level. Used by many pro's including Team Vacansoleil and triathlete Chris McDonald, CycleOps PowerTap products are at the top of the game.

The PowerCal is a revolutionary product. Developed by CycleOps and the University of Colorado Boulder, algorithms have been created from tens of thousands of power files which use your heart rate to realistically interpret your power output. The algorithms convert the HR data into power data (watts, peak power etc). Although not as accurate as a PowerTap hub, this brings usable data to an amazing price point. Simply pair it with your ANT+ compatible computer and off you go.

Key Features:

  • The world's first-ever power meter calculated from heart rate.
  • Includes speed/cadence sensor, can transmit either.
  • Displays watts without replacing components on your bicycle.
  • Real world and in real time data.
  • Easy to install, set-up and maintain.
  • Multisport functionality: use same unit of measure across training activities.
  • ANT+ compatible: pair with Joule/Joule GPS or any ANT+ compatible display.
  • 600 operational hours (Manufacturer claimed).
