Please note that any personal data provided by you will remain confidential to Bike Kit Ltd trading as ProBikeKit and will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent, except that we reserve the right to publish the names of the winners on our website.

1. Entrants must provide the following details when entering the free prize draw: first name, last name and email address.
2. The free prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 years and over only.
3. The prize winner will be drawn from submissions received before the closing date and will be contacted by ProBikeKit by email.
4. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be changed or deferred.
5. ProBikeKit does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
6. This free prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of ProBikeKit or any person directly or indirectly involved in the ProBikeKit business or the running of the free prize draw, or their direct family members.
7. ProBikeKit's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. ProBikeKit is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind from or in connection with the free prize draw or the prize won, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. ProBikeKit reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. In such an event, ProBikeKit shall have no liability to any participants.
10. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions and to agree to be bound by them when entering this free prize draw.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. No purchase is necessary.
