This was my first time upgrading a wheelset so I didn't know what to expect. Overall, it went pretty smoothly. Discs installed easily and I didn't have to adjust the brake positioning, which surprised me. There was definitely a break-in period, which I didn't expect; the read hub had an inconsistent clicky sound at first and it didn't feel much faster, but over time the clicky sound became consistent/even and the wheels just started feeling faster. Based on my measurements (with garmin and strava), i'm up 10% over my pre-Fulcrum rides (so far). First few rides, only improved traction was noticed. This could be related to improved speed since I probably have a little more confidence in the handling. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Pros: - more aero and slightly lighter than my stock wheels - increased traction on gravel and pavement with same tires - increased speed (+10% over fastest ride prior to upgrade) - appears tubeless compatible, but doesn't indicate Cons: - tons of stickers, but i'm too lazy to remove - fitting tubes in tire was a little tough -- had to push tube into the tire by valve stem to get enough clearance for the tire to grab the grooves of the wheel.
