What is best used for: The Evo XG II tubular is a competition cross tyre.
Will it fit my rim? This is a 700c (28") tubular tyre and will only fit dedicated tubular rims.
Is it a clincher or tubular tyre? It's a tubular tyre.
Is it puncture resistant? Yes...this tyre features the Vittoria's PRB puncture protection which will help to prevent a puncture (no tyre is puncture proof).
This is a tubular tyre for special tubular rims. It will not fit open clincher rims.
Please note tyres including tubulars are covered for warranty against manufacturing defects only. Damaged caused by incorrect fitting, debris, solvents, UV damage and wear and tear are not covered. Tubular tyres should be checked for leaks prior to fitting as damage to the valve can occur during fitting, tubular tyres that have been fitted are not covered by warranty. Puncture protection increases the tyres protection against punctures compared to a similar weight of tyre without protection, while the likelihood of puncturing is reduced there is still a possibility of puncturing.

Improved
The casing and tread on these are both much more compliant than the old light grey versions. These are a pretty good value compared to more expensive CX tubulars. The 32mm version is a good all around tire for mixed conditions, but I have found them to be pretty slick on courses with a firm base but a greasy surface.
