The Michelin Pro 4 Service Course Tyre provides a high level of performance in any conditions. This tyre provides the perfect blend of sports performance and long-lasting wear. Enhancing the speed, safety and agility, the Pro 4 Service Course tyre also reduces the rolling resistance compared to its predecessor, the Pro 3 Race.
Not only is the Pro 4 Service Course safe, it's also 16% faster when cornering in wet conditions. This is possible thanks to the dual-compound technology with its wider lateral bands for excellent grip at leaning angles, along with the new elastomers and silica for additional shoulder grip. Michelin Pro 4 Service Course sets the standard for high performance, long-wearing tyres. - A.D.

I've used many brands of tires until discovering the Michelin Pro series. I started using them about 16 years ago. I generally get 3500 miles out of the rear. These tires grip very well in the dry and wet. I have a blue and white Trek 6200 and order the blue sidewalls, which look real sharp. I have had no difficulties of any kind with this model of tire.
I am VERY pleased. Everything ordered has ALWAYS arrived in the time estimated.. That makes racing and riding much less complicated.
I've ridden the Michelin Pro series from the 2 through the 4 with varying results. The one constant has been ride quality, which has always been good. Durability is all together a different matter. None of the series has been particularly robust although I did get 3,400miles on one pair of Pro 3's. I'm relatively light, 140-150, so my weight hasn't been the major factor. I also got over 5,000 on a set of Conti 4000 S tires and, though there is much to love about them, I prefer the ride quality of the Michelins. I would conclude by saying if you get a good price go for the Michelins but if durability is an issue and money is not buy the Contis.
These tires mount easily and grip the road well The wear rate has yet to be determined.
Excellent service. I misordered and they were able to cancel my order so I could select the correct items. Thank you!
Theses are really good tires. Used it on two different wheelsets already. Just the one you need for centuries and training rides. Colors makes you feel good when riding alone.
I have been using Mitchell am pro race tires for six years and wouldn't use any other. The color options are great.
Holds the road well and does not cut easily.
I use these tires on many of my bikes and I have been very satisfied with them. Their grip is very good. They roll fast. The puncture resistance is acceptable. The durability as acceptable.
Great tire in the wet or dry while providing good wear.
Top quality tyres, reliable with great performance.
I bought 3 of these to replace my worn out cont 4000s. What can I say...The price was right. I put about 100 miles on them before doing IMLP this year (2014). The tires felt great and rolled smooth. Anyone that has done this race in the past, knows the speeds you can hit on the Keene descent. My training run a few days before, I hit 54mph and the tires were solid. Race day loop one in the pouring rain (and when I say pouring - I mean thunderstorm..massive rain type of rain), I hit 41 and they felt great...no issues at all, 2nd loop dry, I hit 51 and again, they felt great. All in all - I have to say, these are my new goto tires. I would give these a huge A+.
Good Rolling Resistance, Lightweight (200grams), Handles well in wet or dry conditions. Better wear than the Michelin Pro Race 3 tires. Good Puncture resistance. Would Recommend!!!
I really like Michelin Tires. Great grip and performance. Bought the 700x20c. Boy are they thight (as every Michelin tire) Installing these bad boys on my Fullcrum Racing Zero wheels was thought ! Hope to never get a flat tire ! They really are thight as hell !
The product was shipped on time and was exactly what I had ordered.
I have them on my Kestrel tri bike and have a few training rides with the new tires. Very solid and smooth.
OK, shorts, saddles, and bar tape preference is highly subjective. The best tires that can be bought at any price are by Michelin. To me, this has become objective. Since my first pair of Axial Pro to today's Pro4 I have burned through my share of tires. Consistently I have averaged nearly 3,500 miles per pair. 3-4 pair per year. Continental makes stiff tires that resist puncture slightly better. Vittoria and others make high performing models that don't last as long. If you care about the trifecta of performance, durability and economy look no further. Try a pair. Inflate them properly and rotate back to front periodically. If you buy your own tires you should be buying these or similar Michelin models.
Quality of tire & value for the money.
These are great tires for training. Good wear, good grip, low puncture rate, low weight - everything you could want in a training tire. Can be a little difficult to mount 1st time but once they have formed to your wheels they are easy to maintain.
Fantastic, especially in the 25mm width. Ride quality is great for a clincher. Run these at 90 psi and it is better than a carbon framed bike.
