I bought this (along with 11-speed shifters) to upgrade my drivetrain. As you'd expect, the quality is great, shifting is excellent, and adjustment was a piece of cake. If you want the best components for the buck, Ultegra is still the answer.
I was excited to find such a good deal on the 6800 Ultegra group for an upgrade to my new bike. The derailleurs shift quickly and very smooth. The finish was flawless.
Solid derailleur with better looks in comparison with the previous Ultegra 6700 version. In terms of performance, I haven't been able to really discern a difference between the two versions. That said, the performance has been solid and without any mis-shifts so far.
